Deal directly and stay alert
Meet in a safe public place, inspect the item before paying, and verify a business’s identity independently. Do not send deposits to an unknown seller. Avoid suspicious links, overpayment requests, requests for verification codes, gift cards or unexpected transfer fees. GusDeals does not provide purchase protection or verify every seller.
Prohibited listings
Do not post illegal goods or services, firearms or ammunition, explosives, controlled substances, prescription drugs, stolen or counterfeit goods, sexual services, human trafficking, personal identity data, financial accounts, malware, scams, discriminatory or threatening content, or items that violate others’ intellectual-property rights. Regulated items and any listing deemed unsafe may be declined. This list is not exhaustive.
Honest posting
Use accurate descriptions and photos, disclose material defects, and do not duplicate listings or misrepresent prices. Do not publish private home coordinates or personal information about others. Have legal authority to sell the item or represent the business.
Moderation and reporting
Listings may require approval. Keyword screening, posting limits and manual review help prevent abuse but do not detect every scam. Use Report on a listing to flag suspicious content. Ownership claims are reviewed before editing access is transferred.
