Our role
GusDeals is a discovery and advertising platform. Purchases, seller payments, shipping, services, bookings, returns and refunds are arranged directly with the business, seller or partner. GusDeals does not offer escrow, purchase protection or checkout.
Accounts and eligibility
Browsing is public when the site is launched. Posting and account features require sign-in. You must be at least 18 to create listings and have authority to represent any business you manage. Keep your account secure and provide truthful information.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant the operator permission to store, reproduce and display it to operate and promote your listing. Upload only content you own or are permitted to use. Do not post personal information about others without permission.
Listing rules
Listings are reviewed and may be rejected, paused or removed. Business listings and offers normally expire in 90 days. Edits may require a new review. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, pricing, availability and fulfillment of your offer. Prohibited-item and spam rules apply.
Advertising and affiliates
Promoted placements are labeled Sponsored. GusDeals may receive commissions from disclosed affiliate links. Placement does not guarantee traffic, leads, sales, seller identity or quality. Sample content is illustrative and not a live offer.
Disputes and reporting
Contact the seller, business or partner for purchase disputes. Report suspicious listings through the listing’s Report control. For emergencies or suspected crimes, contact the appropriate authorities. Platform review is not a guarantee of safety.
Changes and service availability
We may update these terms or change features. We may restrict accounts for abuse, policy violations or security concerns. Features and listings are provided subject to availability. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
